That evening we tried the third restaurant in the complex, a steakhouse where we had very good burgers. After that we retired to the beautiful library bar in our hotel and finished off an amazing day with a glass of port. When we got back to the room our bed was decorated with rose petals wishing Annie a "Happy 40th Birthday", a really nice touch. THE birthday day started off well, the weather was perfect and we sat outside on the terrace for an amazing breakfast. Then Annie was very pleasantly surprised, one of the guest relations lady's that we had befriended rushed over with a present for Annie! She gave her a beautiful necklace and matching earrings.
