	We will have an initial meeting with you to understand your needs and requirements
	We will then produce a project plan specifying work to be carried out and delivered; the start and end dates with timescales for each piece of work; clear definitions of the roles and responsibilities of the people involved; and the costs of managing your project
	After discussing the planned solution we will make the necessary amendments based on any questions, comments or changes you may have had
	Following your review and agreement we will carry out and manage your project in conjunction with you and any other parties involved
	Throughout the project we will continually identify, review and analyse risks and issues before they become problems; ensure all deliverables are to the highest quality within the agreed time and budget; and communicate openly with you and all project team members
	Depending on the type of project, we will either implement the results in a phased, step-by-step approach or in one final "Big Bang" implementation
	On successfully completing and implementing your project we will, where necessary, provide you with post implementation support
